DON'T deal with them. I put my car for two months and the ground was full of small rockets. I came back to take my car and the wheel was burst. The story is not here. When I gave in my car, the manager Kim was all nice and I paid in advance for two months. She told me I can take out my car at anytime and she DIDN'T tell me that I have to call them and tell them that I took my car. By the end of the second month I came to take my car. After a month I receive a notice that I have to pay for this month!!! I called them and someone answered my phone and said he can't close the contract unless I pay for this month plus a late fees!!! I told him that the manager didn't mention anything about the "rule" that I have to call to close the contract. He said he can't do anything. I requested to talk to Kim (the manager and the owner) and guess what. He said I CAN'T contact her! Seriously. Then he talked to her and she offered me to pay only half of the month (in which my car WASN'T there) she knew she was wrong and that's why she refused to talk to me and she offered the discount. I paid it what to do. People this is the worst storage place ever. DON'T let them fool you.
It's a great storage facility that offers safe location and is video monitored. They also offer U-haul rentals, boxes, and other moving supplies. Plus the owner and the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
