Was an awful experience, facility lost power which resulted in no heat and no video memorial and they do not have a generator, was told it was too expensive. They offered to move my father but we would be responsible for the flowers. We did not get to have the masonic service because of no power. We also paid the funeral home to process the life insurance policies and that has still not been done and we were told that they did not know about one of the policies but both were brought in. The girl who is suppose to progress these policies has been rude and also spoke to anyone that calls in about this regardless of relationship. We have requested to speak to owner and have not received a call. We would have moved my father but this was his last wish to have his service here. If I could give no stars in this review I would.
